Three roles, one baby

Managers run the baby's page: they invite people, change roles, and set reminders. Caregivers log and edit entries. Cheerleaders follow along and can send a cheer, but cannot add or change anything, which is exactly what most grandparents want. A baby always has at least one manager and can have several.

Invite with a link or a QR code

Send an email invite that works for seven days, or show a QR code that works for thirty minutes when the person is standing in your kitchen. They create their own account, pick their own language, and the baby appears on their phone.

Everyone in their own language

Language is per person, not per family. Abuela reads the log in Spanish, the nanny reads it in English, and the entries are the same entries. The Now screen, the calendar, reminders, and emails all follow each person's choice.

Your data stays yours

Only the people you invite can see the baby. Access is enforced in the database itself, not only in the app. You can remove someone at any time, download everything you have logged, or delete the account. There are no ads and nothing is sold.

Can grandparents see the log without being able to change it?

Yes. Invite them as cheerleaders. They see the same day everyone else does and can send a cheer, but cannot add or edit entries.

How many people can share one baby?

Sprout, the free plan, is one logger and one cheerleader. Nest allows two loggers and three cheerleaders per baby. Village allows 14 people per baby in any mix.

Does everyone need to speak the same language?

No. Each person picks English or Spanish for themselves, and the entries are shared either way.
